Our approach
We’re well known for the consistently high levels of service we offer our clients. We achieve that by sticking to a few simple principles.
Firstly, we never look at a job as just a one-off opportunity. We aim to impress our clients with the kind of high-quality, good-value service that makes them want to come back to us, time and time again.
It’s an approach that’s underpinned our success over the years. By delivering what we promise on every project, we’ve been able to build long-term relationships with some great organisations – and that, in turn, has allowed us to expand steadily and organically.
We started in the 1950s as a small family concern, but today we’re a mid-sized operation that has around 100 people across a range of disciplines.
And that brings us onto our second important principle. We believe in offering clients a truly joined-up range of complementary services. So, rather than outsourcing certain work to external contractors, we’ve chosen to grow our in-house capabilities – both in terms of directly employed people and our own specialist equipment.
That’s meant our clients can have greater confidence in our ability to deliver. And it’s also meant we’ve been able to tackle ever-bigger challenges, taking end-to-end responsibility for larger and more complex projects.
